RATES

All rates for accommodation in Bali are quoted in US dollars and are subject to local and government taxes as published. Unless they are mentioned in other currency.
All amount needs to be transferred to the accounts mentioned on the invoice.
All payments should be received in net full, including all the bank charges plus the fees of the corresponding bank. All these costs are for the sender.

HIGH SEASON: 16 Jun – 31 Aug; Chinese New Year 29 Jan – 3 Feb;
3 Apr – 10 Apr ( Easter Week)
PEAK SEASON: 19 Dec – 8 Jan (Min 5 nights)

OCCUPANCY

Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancies of the villa as shown in the provided information. The number of guests staying in a property cannot exceed the maximum number of guests published and or agreed in the bookings confirmation.
BaliOn reserves the right to refuse any bookings if not suitable for accommodation.

INCLUDED/EXCLUDED

Rates include salaries of all household staff, cost of electricity, water, cleaning & gardening supplies and local taxes. All homes offered by BaliOn are fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils, drinking water, initial supply op soap & toiletries. A welcome drink and a fruit basket & flowers upon arrival.
Rates do not include baggage handling, gratuities, telephone, fax & telegram charges, car rental, food, soft drinks/ liquor, personal items & expenses and any excessive cleaning required upon departure.

RESERVATION & PAYMENTS 

Payments of 50 % rental deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation. No more than 7 days after receiving
the invoice, the deposit should be received. This deposit is non refundable. Final (remaining) payment must be
received by BaliOn at least 60 days in advance to arrival (Exception; if booked less then than 60 days in advance of
arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic cancellation.
All payments should be received in net full of the total amount, including all the bank charges & fees plus the fees of the corresponding bank(s).

CANCELLATIONS

  • When a cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival; the cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit (50% of the total amount).
  • When the cancellation occurs between 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival; a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount will be charged.
  • When the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, or later the total amount will be charged.

BOOKING CHANGES

A US $ 50 administration fee will be charged by BaliOn for any change of booking after a reservation has been confirmed. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by BaliOn and the villa owner.

COMPLAINTS

If you, during your stay, in the private homes encounter any challenge, problem or considers that he/she has cause for complaint concerning a property, the matter should first be taken up with the villa manager. If a satisfactory solution cannot be found, the client should then report to the bookings agent. After a settlement and solution is accepted, there are no options to re-open the case again in a later stage. No liability shall arise beyond the refund of the monies paid. The agency will not honor complaints from a client upon departure or after return home when it is no longer possible to investigate the complaint effectively.

LIABILITY

BaliOn acts only as an agent for the villa owners, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing the accommodation, transport and services. Under no circumstances shall BaliOn be held responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodation as described or substituted and including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), or change(s) in the provision of services or land accommodation by BaliOn or by reason military

action, revolution or “acts of God”, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, BaliOn at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services or a type comparable to those originally contracted. BaliOn at their sole and unfettered discretion reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to second any contract for accommodations or guests services.
